Zakaas operates as a technology and facilitation platform. We provide introductions and document facilitation between corporate entities and regulated financial institutions, banks, and insurance providers in the UAE and internationally.

2. No Guarantee of Funding

The submission of an inquiry or application through Zakaas does not guarantee approval for any financial product. All decisions regarding credit limits, interest rates, and insurance premiums are made solely by the respective third-party providers based on their own eligibility criteria and risk assessments.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, including the design, code, logos, and technical insights published on Zakaas.com, are the intellectual property of Zakaas. Any unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

4. User Responsibilities

Users represent that all information provided to Zakaas for the purpose of trade or invoice finance facilitation is accurate, complete, and not misleading. Zakaas reserves the right to cease facilitation services if fraudulent activity is suspected.

5. Limitation of Liability

Zakaas shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from the rejection of a finance application by a partner bank or for any disputes arising between a user and a third-party financial provider.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all business financial data and personal identity information with strict confidentiality. Such data is only shared with authorized partners necessary to fulfill your request, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7. Governing Law

These terms and any disputes relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai.
